Pipelines

EHR-to-CVR pipeline health

V1 ships as a monthly flat-file pipeline (subrecipient runs an EHR export, uploads us a fixed-width file). V2 will progressively replace each EHR's flat-file leg with direct integration. This page tracks both the current flat-file health and V2 connector readiness.

V1 → V2 transition plan

Phased per the 2026-04-16 kickoff conversation

  1. Phase 1 (V1 launch, Jan 2027): All 12 subrecipients on the flat-file pipeline. Same operational shape as Ahlers today: monthly upload by the 15th, validation feedback, manual corrections via the portal.
  2. Phase 2 (Q3 2027): Direct connectors for the highest-volume vendors (Athena, Epic). Pilot with one subrecipient per vendor. Flat-file fallback stays available.
  3. Phase 3 (2028+): Smaller-vendor pilots (Patagonia, eMDs, eCW/NextGen). Some smaller subrecipients may stay on flat-file indefinitely; that's fine.
