The Washington State Sexual and Reproductive Health Program collects Clinic Visit Records from 12 subrecipient organizations across 32 counties. This prototype shows how DOH epidemiologists and subrecipient data coordinators will submit, validate, and analyze those records inside the new Concourse-built system.
